Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
Kajian ini menguji kesan latihan Mindfulness Acceptance Commitment-Physical (MAC- P) dan Psychological Skill Training (PST) ke atas prestasi aerobik, anaerobik, kekuatan mental, dan efikasi kendiri fizikal. Modul MAC-P dan PST dibina berdasarkan pendekatan alternatif  dan konvensional dalam psikologi sukan untuk latihan aerobik dan anaerobik, serta telah melalui  proses kesahan oleh lima orang pakar. Kajian ini menggunakan reka bentuk kuasi-eksperimen.  Instrumen kajian terdiri daripada ujian Bleep dan Wingate, Mental Toughness Questionnaire (MTQ),  dan skala efikasi kendiri fizikal. Subjek adalah pelajar semester satu Sains Kejurulatihan, yang  diagihkan secara rawak kepada kumpulan MAC-P (n=21), PST (n=21) dan kawalan (n=21). Analisis  Kovarians (ANCOVA) menunjukkan kesan intervensi yang signifikan ke atas prestasi pasca V̇ O2max [F(2,59)= 8.12, p
